Friday the 13th: The Game's copygame, Last Summer, has been put on hold due to not reaching its Kickstarter goal.

 

 

An Update on the Last Summer Kickstarter

Hello Campers,

As some of you may have noticed, our Kickstarter campaign is approaching its end. Unfortunately, we are not on track to meet our fundraising goal. After a lot of thought, we have decided to cancel the campaign (all pledges will be void, and you will not be charged by Kickstarter).

Sadly, this means that we will not be able to proceed with the development of Last Summer, and the project will be put on hold.

Our team will continue to seek external funding to make Last Summer a reality. However, please be aware that we may not have updates for the foreseeable future.

We would like to thank everyone who has supported us. We have truly enjoyed this journey over the past few months and hope to be able to share Last Summer with you in the future.

Itching to play Friday the 13th: The Game on PC in 2026? You need a mod to be able to do that, and there are many mods to choose from. 

 

If Resurrected doesn't work for you anymore, it's because it has gotten an update.

How to play Friday the 13th: The Game on PS4/PS5 in 2026

For almost a year after the "death" of Friday the 13th: The Game the private server for Playstation was running smoothly, but then some invidual decided to ruin everyone's fun by a DDoS attack. Since then some extra steps are needed to be able to play F13 on Playstation. You need to verify your IP.

 

 

1) Join the Discord to get access to Playstation server: https://discord.gg/resurrected-778943077724586065

 

2) Whitelist your IP: https://whitelist.f13-resurrected.com/

 

3) Donate to keep the servers (Playstation/Resurrected) running (optional)

 

 

Playstation servers were in danger of shutting down at the end of 2025, but thanks to donations this won't happen as long as the cost of the server is covered.

 

F13: Resurrected and Playstation shutting down?

Ever since Friday the 13th: The Game died officially, fans have been blessed with private servers. Now this could come to an end.

 

 

Resurrected and Playstation servers are in danger of shutting down at the end of 2025.

 

 

It costs money to keep the mods and servers running. According to some sources these servers cost 80 dollars a month. At some point there were even links on the game's main menu screen to donate money to keep the private servers running, but they have been since removed. 

 

 

If Resurrected and Playstation are indeed shut down, that still leaves us with Camp Forest Green on PC. And some people say that a new mod, called Blood Lust, will come in early 2026. 

 

 

But for Playstation players this could be the end.

Good news. There have been enough donations to keep the servers running! The fans are refusing to let the game die.
